PAYMENTS/CANCELLATION:
» We prefer online payments BUT PLEASE NOTE do not pay until you have contacted us first and arranged an appointment as sometimes we are fully booked for several weeks in advance. Once the appointment has been arranged, we will keep it for 48 hours for the payment to be made, after this time we cannot guaranty the reservation will still be available for you.
» Payments in cash on the day of the appointment are for recurring clients only and by prior agreement.
» Cancellation of any booked treatments MUST be with at least 48 hours notice otherwise payment of said treatments will be required to be paid in FULL.
